Maddie Smith

Dancer

Maddie began dancing aged fourteen, following a background in competitive gymnastics. Starting out at her local dance school she expanded her training through The Royal Ballet School’s Advanced Associate Programme and later, Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music
and Dance.

Maddie went onto complete her training at London Studio Centre, graduating from Images Ballet Company in 2022 and has since performed across the UK and internationally with companies such as British Festival Ballet, BalletMAR and Brecon Festival Ballet. In addition
she has worked in collaboration with a variety of artists including Mark Richardson (Drummer, Skunk Anansie) and Erika Footman (Singer / Songwriter) on music videos and interdisciplinary projects. Her credits also include 87 North Productions, English Chamber Orchestra and The Crown (Season 5).

Maddie joins Yorke Dance Project this year for the Modern Milestones Programme.
