After graduating from Northern School of Contemporary Dance, Jenny joined Richard Alston Dance Company. She enjoyed a 7-year tenure there featuring in new works by Sir Richard Alston and Martin Lawrence, as well as guest choreographers Ajani Johnson and Joseph Toonga, before the company’s closure in 2020. Jenny has been a guest artist at BundesJugendBallet, performing works by Joseph Toonga and Kevin Haigen. Alongside performing, Jenny has nurtured a freelance teaching career lecturing in contemporary dance, ballet,and yoga. She is a guest teacher for Rambert Dance Company and Matthew Bourne’s New Adventures as well as a guest teacher at leading dance conservatoires, including London Contemporary Dance School, Northern Contemporary Dance, The Royal Academy of Dance and Central School of Ballet. Jenny is currently utilising her extensive performance and teaching experience to expand her creative practice. Since 2022, Jenny has been creative producing and project managing funded projects for freelance dance artists in London, as well as leading and designing a suite of transnational qualifications and programmes to support the careers of freelance dance artists.
